Wriggling Snake
Hello, it's been a while, I haven't posted in ages, or updated. I have to say this has been useful to me and I would like to see another 365 in 365 in 2012. My totals are decidedly not what I thought they would be. Total time 452 (I may well run for an hour and a half tomorrow) Running 216, 1360 miles, that needs to go up a shade. Bike, 23, 294 miles, I would like that to go up a lot next year, even double X-training, 213, 166 (416 miles) hiking (Peru, Skye and hot-fotting it to work lately), 37 wieghts my average weight session is 30 mins, but only 8 sets of circuits ALL year, which is rubbish. So this is my idea, 1500+ miles running (250 hours) 500+ miles bike (50 hours) 70+ hours weights 100-150 hiking (no big trip planned this year :-() Lots more circuits. So I see no reason I shouldn't aim for 450 hours next year. Happy near year all 365ers |

Loca
Have just updated my stats. Not been able to run since Tuesday as I have a bad cough So in true CBA fashion I have done no exercise whatsoever, no core or strength work or my physio exercises - bad Loca!!! but finished on 605:07 for the year which I'm happy with. Will be joining in again next year. 600 has to be the target, but hopefully I'll be able to go beyond this year's total hours. Happy New Year to everyone! |

Congrats to everyone on a great years training. I'm feeling inspired loooking at all your stats. Looking forward to starting afresh in 2012. Now is there a category X-Training - First Footing I wonder?

Just done my final update for the year. After noticing I was on 269 hours and a bit for the year and not planning to run until 1 Jan, I got in the pool and tried out my new pull buoy and float and a 40 minute session takes me to 270 hours - beating my revised target of 250. Well done to everyone who took this on in 2011. I'll see you over on the 2012 thread |
