Very pleased with 234 miles this month. September should also be a heavy month as I get into the business end of my HM training plan.

Just 108 this month as a post race recovery.
No running now till Monday as we are taking nieces camping and hiking, then back to it with 594 more needed to get 2000.
2 weeks holiday Sept into October, but apart from that nothing much to interrupt my running.

Should hopefully break the 500km in a month in September if all goes to plan...

205 km for the month and 2021 km for the year. I'm about 120 km behind but OTOH I'm maintaining 20% speedwork, so that's OK for me.

184 for me in august 1392 for the year. 61 miles up on where I need to be to reach 2000. Don’t want too many miles left for December as I have a marathon end of November

Another pleasing month with 242 miles and 1,837 for the year to date. Rest of the year mileage should be dropping down to closer to normal as I'm in the taper stage for an October half, and then it'll be keep the legs turning over for XC and a December marathon plan start.
