5 miles here too. It's gone breezy and very autumnal. I wonder if the hot summer we had means we'll have a tough winter...only time will tell.

Thanks to Run the Sum I've just nudged over 200 miles for the month for the first time since April last year. I'll probably finish on between 215 and 220. I've had a few sharp reminders that as my mileage increases my food intake needs to increase more steeply.

I have ask about the London marathon counting towards the numbers for 100 but the answer is no and sorry
I think it is a matter of not being able to verify it and trusting runners
So 97 for me so far
