I have runned again today - 8 miles and just noticed that i'm on 999 miles for the year, although somewhat behind target for the year and month...

I've runned part of today's amount for RtS. Total should be 4 miles when the day is done.
Richard, years ago, I could cycle up hills - I was a lot fitter back then...and I think running in polluted London during my commute running for 12 years has messed with my lungs. Thanks to the current situation, I don't have this problem working from home.

sun is shining after a lot of rain yesterday and ive dodged a soaking. 150 streak completed and all in the dry, that has got to be the biggest success of that particualr target

Well done DocM! I'll finish off my second half of the run after work. Tomorrow's run will be in a different location as hubby will be having an eye test, so I'll run around the perimeter of Farnborough Airport.

Morning fetchies,
Did some cycling yesterday with daughter just 2 miles plus i think, forgot the garmin watch so not sure on the distance, ran 3 miler on Wednesday and 87 miles for the month so far, hoping to make it 100 miler before the month runs out
Bib for virtual London marathon arrived yesterday so can you add me to the list Garfield please
The virtual marathons don’t count towards the 100 marathon club anyway it will be my unofficial marathon when completed including Paris marathon 2015 which wasn’t included as well but completed out of the cut of hours
Am doing the virtual London with my friend next week at Richmond park

my number for London also arrived today. I had assumed they wouldn't count for your 100 Toks - shame though as its logged on an app etc- I wonder if they will make an exception?

Doesn't hurt to ask Toks! Good luck with it. Easy 4.5 miles for me today and it was rather breezy...Farnborough Airport is rather exposed. Hubby was at Costco getting his eyes tested, so I had a change of scenery.
