Well done everyone from me too, especially those reaching 1500 already and those racing! I managed 10miles but have been cycling a lot lately... this my legs want a rest now.... bike tomorrow as it looks dry :D

Survived a speed session 16x300m led by me at our small 6 people running club session, am very happy my legs were OK, had a swim this morning to speed any recovery Garfield - Hills are your friend cyclist or runner :D
I can live with the traffic and its been much reduced during the week since lockdown at least at the times I cycle.

Richard, I don't mind running up hills...in fact, I far prefer running up hills than cycling up them.
