Did the Severn Bridge 5 mile night race last night - we did it last year in appalling weather, although it was still good fun - people run with head torches and the organisers provide glo sticks and face paint - it’s good fun, and nice to do something a bit different. Fortunately the weather this time was a lot better than last year.

And physio said to keep moving, so weather permitting, Mr JK and I should be able to get some walking in at least. That run sounds interesting - not quite the same as running on it in August for the Half!
