Strangely enough, I snaffled the last of the hobnobs in a bout of insomnia at about 3am.
Club night tonight, managed to get my miles in, not the paces I'm looking for, but definitely a bit of a cold, so pleased overall.
Pizza and cider, as you were.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I had a sports massage this evening, hoping it’s sorted my hamstring/piriformis/sciatica issues and that I am pain free when I run in the morning.

Morning all Another 5 miles this morning takes me over 70 miles in a month for the first time in over a year. I’ve also just gone through the 300 miles for the year so a big day for me in my quest for running regularity

Easy run from Waterloo to my office...with a somewhat loaded backpack. Neilio, I'm quite behind too...and had a good set of running this month compared with recent months. I may try for 1000 miles this year...it is possible, given my current situation.
