Not keen on malted milks, even when they're covered in chocolate, though I'd probably eat them in an emergency (i.e. if there were no nicer biscuits).
I generally find that my times improve when I'm doing higher mileage - I think Fenners has a point though, some people do get injured when doing more miles.
Bonners, I've started paying a bit more attention to the age grading thing recently - I noticed that my WAVA grading for my 5K SB this year (age 39), was the same as for my overall 5K PB, set about a month before my 26th birthday (I was also about two stone lighter then!), although the time itself is just over a minute slower. I train a lot better and more consistently now than I did when I was younger, so I’m hoping with some effort, and hopefully losing a bit of weight, I can bring the current times down a little more.

Agreed Jenny, as I get older, even though I'm trying to up the overall mileage, I do try my best to listen to my body, not always possible though.
