Pikelet my untested theory is that you build up strength and stamina as you build up mileage - allowing you to run a bit faster in races.
Going to eat the 2nd half of the packet later - I dunk.

Morning fetchies, 5th run in Nigeria with sis and we had another newbie that wanted to join us so we slowed pace down and completed 3.20 in 57 mins including lots of walking breaks but so proud of her that she did that distance in one go as a first time

I'm afraid that if there are hobnobs about, especially milk choc ones, I will eat them. All.
6 miles run this morning. Today's twinge is in the left hip.
