Possible running later this afternoon, will see how the foot feels. Don't want to spoil the recovery by doing too much too soon.
Sad and disappointed to get an email from the Nottingham Marathon organisers saying they're reviewing the event for next year, and may not offer the marathon distance, instead just concentrating on the shorter races. (Also a bit annoyed as I couldn't run it this year because of my dodgy foot, and was hoping to defer my entry to next year!)

Great running HOD, I'm nursing my niggly hip back to health so having a couple days' rest after Sunday's run. May jog a bit tomorrow morning as a tester.
