Fizz :-)
Oh no
I don't think it was yours though, Doc. It didn't have a little message carrier taped to its leg.

Mr JK's car has a dent in the front bumper from a couple of years ago, when we hit a pheasant that decided to walk across a busy dual carriageway in front of us. I don't think it was a carrier pheasant though.
No running today. My feet hurt. My left heel is suspiciously plantar fasc-y, and my right foot seems to be objecting either to most of yesterday spent balanced on a ladder painting walls or attempting some speedy track intervals over the last few weeks. Or possibly a combo of both. Dithering about doing the Nottingham on Sunday now, or whether to defer. Do Sportsshoes.com do new feet to go along with the new shoes?

Sore throat and temp here so no running as yet since Sunday. Cancelled tonight's PT session. May have to call in sick tomorrow Squished pigeon and pheasants on the road home from work. The birds round here don't seem to have much road sense.

I doubled up today. Ran 4 this morning on my own with podcasts for company then 2 miles this evening with my daughter. Knackered now.
I haven't received a pigeon or squashed a pigeon or eaten a pigeon.
Poor Speckled Jim.

Stuff a pigeon in your bag. That's what they do in Essex apparently.
Or is it Sussex? Not sure.
Fone update = I have no fone. It's very liberating.

Get well soon, MzG.
We seem to have suicidal badgers on the A10 at the moment. Almost everyday another road kill.

The mechanics of a foot is a marvel JK.
Look after them.

Feet are marvelous and complicated ... I am trying a new lacing technique for my shoes to see if it helps the wear pattern. I have been wearing mostly shoes for overpronating since I started running but the wear has been gradually changing so they wear on the outside and still look new on the inside and heel. Googling this says I am underpronating now... I have one pair of neutral shoes which I had blamed for giving me posterior tibialis strain (inside ankle)... but now I think of getting some more... can your style change over time?
I have eaten pigeon and run over them... we had a favourite pigeon at home - but he died last year... (we think)
