That would keep your head warm.
No running today, went out to be a lady-who-lunches with OH and an old chum who has relocated to Harrogate. Had an excellent lunch in a new place which serves the Italian version of tapas. We were there nearly 3 hours, that's some lunch! (It was mostly talking, we had a lot to catch up on.)
Here comes the weekend, people, hope it's an excellent one for you all. I'm timekeeping at parkrun tomorrow, so if it all goes wrong, it might very well be my fault.

I'm doing panic decorating this weekend. Mrs N was going to get our dining room "done" through the summer while she was off work so we've got the bloke fitting the flooring next week.
Trouble is the plasterer only finished his bit last Friday! I can't understand how it took so much of the summer to find a plasterer *kindle* at all.😉
I'm still doing my long run tomorrow. Plans says 15. Hmmm.🤔
