We briefly come out of the park at the top end for a few yards along some houses in a cul-de-sac. ER is on the path.

Thank you Flatlander :-) It's a lovely route, apart from the bit coming in past the quarry to the P&R which is a bit grim.
I have done recce runs of the whole route so hopefully won't get too lost. My hamstring has been niggling for 2 weeks so will definitely have to take it steady. Physio stuck his elbow in it on Thursday to ease it :-O

Good luck to MzG, Toks and anyone else racing tomorrow.

FR, Gobi, although I'm a lot slower than you guys I generally find long runs up to around 15/16 okay, 18 and more is when I start finding it tough.

I parkrunned this morning, it was a bit pants :-( Not because of my time, but we were on our alternative course which I don't much like - think in future I'll either volunteer or go elsewhere when we're on that course, as even when I've run decent times on it I haven't enjoyed it.

Morning, four times one mile repeats before breakfast and every mile repeat faster than the previous one. During the run 10k in achieved sub-50. That will do nicely ;-)
