Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I think the route is better than starting in Birkenhead Park - and it must save them a bit on road closures?

I've never been to the Wirrel.

No running planned this evening. I'm behind on ironing shirts.

The Wirral is lovely WW, well worth a visit.

I've run some intervals this morning. My legs were not in the mood for it.

Passed the 1000 mile mark finally on Saturday but I think the 1500 mile target for the year is a bust!

having to manage the PF at the moment will mean regulary smaller runs (probably no more than 10k) with adequate rest between them. Bournemouth Marathon is a bust which is a shame but my main goal is the NDW50 next May so looking to that more than anything at the moment.......
