Good luck Neilio and Miss Neilio.
Can I have a couple of target races added to the list please? Leicester Half 15/10 and St Neots Half 19/11.
Thanks.

Have a great time Neilio! I'll be taking the knee out for a small test run sometime today...and making lots of soup.

Good luck to all racing peeps today! Hope everybody's running goes well too.
A half marathon done this morning, slow and steady. Went along some different roads for a change - found quite a lot of long, gentle hills, so I'm a bit tired now and I think I will need some cake at some point today to refuel.
Pork for tea.
