Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ran 5 miles this morning. Was please that every mile was quicker than 9m/m but having seen Doc's splits I'm obviously just slacking.

Dinner tonight will be the healthy salad I brought to work today as my team decided it is pizza day!

Mince pie relays are a great Cambridge Jingle Mile tradition. When I ran the (as far as I know) only Colonel Richard Sharpe Memorial Mile in South Essex we had a Vegetarian Relay where the batons were courgettes. Worked perfectly. Tasted great on the barbecue later as well.

I've eaten some nice healthy veggies ..... followed by chocolate cake. That's a balanced diet.

What IanS said. I don't like the consistency of it either (sometimes I can make myself it eat, other times I take two bits and have to abandon it).
