Wow, DocM - running superstar! That mile 5 would give you a WAVA of 104.17%!

Nice running, Jono.

11 steady miles done this afternoon with some nice hillwork.

Cod poached in tomato and basil sauce with some new potatoes for Posh Fish Wednesday tea.

Fantastic running on mile 5 Doc ;-)

I will be running on the track later :-0 It's part of the Welsh masters track and field league, I've never done it before and am not certain what events I'll be doing (potentially a 4x400m relay depending on who turns up, maybe a 100m and 200m as well). I'm a bit nervous.

Good luck Jenny! Sounds fun!

Cod in tomato sauce sound nice, I think we're having curry. Hopefully mine will be keeping warm in the oven when I get back from my 12 miles.

I've competed in a very high profile team in the 4 x 400m. Sadly our mince pie didn't make round.

Thanks all - I didn't end up running in the relay thankfully as we had 6 runners and I was slowest. Did the individual 400 instead, along with the 1500, 200 and 100. Expected to be last in every event, so was surprised to only come last in the 400 and the 100. Nice to try something different.

Wobbler, what's the story with the relay and the mince pie?

See link jenny. Running isn't always about the time.

Fenland (Fenners) Runner
Morning, another sunny morning in the Fens. Being sensible and not running but have completed 30 minutes on the static bike. Surprisingly my legs feel ok after yesterday's 18-miler. :)
