I'm planning a big run (for me) on Sunday hoping to do marathon distance run with the knowledge that I need to get used to the longer distances in the build up to my ultra in August. Start early and hopefully come the day everything will feel good!

Morning all, little 2-mile treadmill recovery run done this morning. Legs feeling much better than yesterday fortunately.

Glad to hear you're recovering Jenny.
Just a shortish run for me this morning because it was my first intervals session (5x 0.5 mile) for over 6 months. Accordingly I didn't go flat out, but even so the "fast" sections were appallingly slow, nearly 1m30s pace slower than they used to be. I should improve - eventually.
