Hope things improve for you Gobi, especially your biker mate! That pic has just demotivated my plan for a lunchtime run, thanks Doc

Oh dear, Gobi, hope 2017 gets better for you soon. Excellent puppy pic, Doc, thanks.
Running rest day. Found last night's club run hard work, too much Christmas overeating has ended up in the legs I fear. Went for a lovely walk around a country park with OH instead, which was lovely.
Posh Fish Wednesday tea here at JK Towers will be salmon in chilli and ginger, with some veggies (and I'll do some potato wedges for OH, but will be good and not eat those myself).

I am only just getting the hang of what day of the week it is again, Shadow - I completely lost the plot over the festive season, never knew what day we were on, so it's back to the old routine for us. Although it's all going to fall apart at the weekend again, as we're off out to lunch with some chums on Friday, which will mean no Friday night curry, so that has been moved to Saturday, as I'll need some serious food intake after one marathon, followed by another one on the Sunday. Why is it so easy to enter races without actually thinking through all the implications?!

I think I might have just made a bit of a discovery. Trying to drop a few pounds to help my running. Didn't eat all my allowances yesterday having run in the morning and turboed in the evening. Ran again this morning. Stuck to the food plan today. Might be a bit light on calories. Just got home and changed to do my physio exercises, core and stretching and realised that my legs and hands are all shaky.😳 Just going to eat some malt loaf and see how things go. Might change my fetch name to Wobbly Bob!
