The same run was logged for me twice IN MAY because I wore 2 watches. A negative split re mileage logged lol... A good 18miler today ... but very tough... I honestly prefer half marathon training. Wishing all injury free running

Saturday was a day I've dreamed of for some time. The Stonehouse parkrun where I'm ED is grown up enough to survive without me. I ran there from home, helped pace someone to his first sub 20 (unplanned and a neg split) scanned barcodes then ran home.
