:-) The same run was logged for me twice IN MAY because I wore 2 watches. A negative split re mileage logged lol... A good 18miler today ... but very tough... I honestly prefer half marathon training. Wishing all injury free running :-)

Enjoyed reading back a few pages ... and especially enjoyed your post JK re 10 mile. Well done on PB and I'm smiling at 'OH going round the corner to pick Blackberries'. OH and I have enjoyed that with grandson lately.... simple pleasures :-)

Did anyone make a pom pom?

Agree totally on mile 18 being the crunch one :)

Saturday was a day I've dreamed of for some time. The Stonehouse parkrun where I'm ED is grown up enough to survive without me. I ran there from home, helped pace someone to his first sub 20 (unplanned and a neg split) scanned barcodes then ran home.

Watford Wobble
Back at work. End of holidays sadly.

I've really missed being at work. It adds so much fulfillment to my life.

Was the push bike in the gallery a birthday present Neilio?
