Jono.
Ran 4 miles, hate to admit it but felt a bit tired after yesterday's efforts.

I was thinking this morning - after being told off by a security guard for running - that ive not run in yhe U. S. since 1984.

Americans are funny lot when you pass them, they either give you this acknowledgement - in a much respect way. Or look at you as if your slightly crackers.

Anyway I'm going to carry on celebrating the Labour day weekend.

If you've ran or raced this weekend I hope it went well.

Told off by a security guard Jono. Prey tell more.

We ran 7 miles and wasn't told off. it's a bit blowy.

I was hoping to have a sit down this afternoon but been told to get the big ladders out for plum harvesting.

Easy 5 miles this morning...turned last week's run around. I'm not sure which direction I prefer. Earlier big hill with smaller inclines on the way home or flat with declines, then big ascents then the descent down the big hill.

Hello everybody! Hope all your Sunday running is going well. Happiness here at JK Towers, due to PeeeBeeeing in the John Fraser 10 miler, the last of local summer league races, and the one that our club organises. Did some car park marshalling before the start, bit panicky at first as the school whose grounds we use have put up some huge fencing around the carparking areas since last year. Fortunately, we found a man with a key to the gates, so all was well.

Was feeling a bit meh at first, but the running went well, even though it's a rather undulating course. Not sure of my exact time as my watch measured the course even longer than last year, but definitely faster this time. Ran home after to make it a long run, so legs are a bit tired now. However, healthy carrot cake has been consumed, and we are having a proper Sunday dinner later - roast pork, apple sauce, roast pots, veggies, gravy, then apple and blackberry crumble and custard for afters. Apples from our tree, and sent OH round the corner to pick some blackberries from a field full of brambles. Sad that our plum tree died a couple of years ago - I miss them, even if they did all ripen on the very same day, so we had to eat nothing but plums in various guises for weeks.
