V. humid here too, and I've completely misjudged the weather in my choice of clothing today.

I've successfully managed to upload the selfie with Ben as my new avatar :-)

Tonights run was tardy. Think I still have Rutland Water in my legs from Sunday's run.

I had a scare in the shower. Whilst cleaning my under carriage I pulled what looked like a tape worm. Closer inspection I decided it was a loose thread from my pants.

afternoon, I'm home I've slept and just been with Mrs J to M&S to get some tea - J Jnr is wipe out.

I will blog - tomorrow I weigh myself to find out how much baggage I will be carrying on sunday :-)
