I have only done Sandy 10 once Doc, greatly enjoyed it, it's a lovely run, I will think of you while I am running Rotterdam marathon:-)

10miles at HM pace is nice. Unfortunately I have been told you are meant to run sub-HM pace in a 10miler!

I find 10 mile a really difficult distance. Normally I have a nightmare and only run one good one at the Nene Valley 10.

now you tell me....the in laws have booked them selves in on good friday.... I fancy the idea of running the sandy 10 at HM pace that would make for a pleasant day out...... ....have to look up the nene valley 10 date

My running club organises a 10 miler, the John Fraser 10, but that's not till September, DocM.
