Morning All. Hope you waved as you went past Leicester, DocM! Doing a bit of walking this morning, and may even try a little jogette this afternoon, if the lungs will allow it. OH now coughing, sneezing and moaning well, though I feel not as well as I did in the early stages of the lurgy. DD2 also suffering, and not speaking to me for passing on the germs. A mother's place is in the wrong! But the sun is shining, we're past the vernal solstice, the daffs are out, and I'm not at all worried about my training for the Comrades. It's just a long run.

Sorry WW, I had already offloaded any non vegan goodies by the time that I saw you (since it was in Leicestershire, it's a cob, by the way).

Jono.
I'm never overly concerned what they are called - buns, cobs, bread cakes, rolls - just as long as I can stuff them in my face.
Nice running people BTW - storming performances from the 1500 ers'.
Hope you feel better Ron - mind you Monkey can't be expected to be good at everything, healing powers etc.
A very slow 6 miles this morning, legs ached from yesterdays effort - thought I was getting a cold, but just have a sore throat.
enjoy lunch

back from Nottingham...saw my hotel from last year and the Wobblers hotel and bits of the course, but the catsuits were out of sight.
I waved at many locations up and down the journey and thought of all you who i may have passed

So, not tempted to do a bit of hill work while you were there, DocM? Hope you stay healthy, Jono, don't have whatever we've had, it's nasty.
I have walked just over 8 miles and my legs appear to have turned into old lady legs. This is what happens when you sit on your backside for a week coughing instead of doing the runny stuff. Have decided the legs are just being lazy, so will attempt to make them run later.
Seafood risotto for tea.

Coughing is very good core work. Not recommended but trying to look on the bright side of things.
