Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
Take it easy JK, make sure you get your energy levels back before doing too much running, I am still below par, it knocks you more than you think.

I love 10milers. I run them so infrequently you always have a chance to beat your PB!

DocM, if you've never done a 10 miler you're guaranteed a PB, hurrah 😀 Ron, get well soon; JK listen to Mrs Jigs and take it easy on your run, Jono hope you're not coming down with anything.
Fenners, that's a fantastic pic.
Phew, think I've caught up! Off to club hills session later, my favourite session of the week (until we switch to speed work in the park in a few weeks, which is even better). Think it should still be light when we start tonight 😀☀️
