Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
Morning everyone, enjoy your running or resting whatever you might be doing.
I am down for Milton Keynes 20 today, ankle was well behaved for 6 miles yesterday including Bedford parkrun so I am hopeful for today, I just to watch out for kerbs and uneven paths

Jono.
are you still in bed Wobbler?
very impressed with funky monkey & Ron.
well today I'm not running, had a lie in and have eaten toast with honey and one hot cross bun. My Brain has said that a run today will add nothing to next weeks participation in the World's greatest Half Marathon.
And for some unbeknown reason I have lost 2lbs and am back down to my ideal, self proclaimed racing weight of 11st 10lbs - mind you we have some brie and fresh baked rolls for supper, so the weight may come back on.
The addition of supper to todays celebration of all things motherly is Mrs J's idea as she likes to push the boat out on all special occasions - if there were decorations to adorn our small home for Mothers day then the house would be festooned with them.
enjoy your day Fetchlings and well done on whatever your doing.
PS I am going to repeat most in a blog, soz.

Lucky you FR...thanks to 7 hours of clearing gardening debris with hubby yesterday my adductor was complaining this morning once I got going. Fortunately not the injured one from last year. 1 mile joglet done, in hope that DOMS may recede and I can do more this week. Grrrr. Great running Ron and Funky Monkey!:)
