Great running Toks. I rushed to catch a train, which was cancelled...trains are so crap around where I am...frequent but extremely crowded. There are more people getting on at my station...and I've done this commute for 7 years so do have a reference point.

I feel sorry for rail commuters Garfield. Guess I'm lucky only using trains for recreational use.

I forgot to mention we may run this evening.

Morning all, kettlebells at 7:15am for me this morning

Club run tonight, loving double training days. I would hate to rail commute - I just enjoy the odd train down to London, coffee - sarnie - read a book and boom you are there - shame about Virgin's wifi tho - has it never worked?

9 miles with 6 at sub-LT. Turned my ankle at mile 2 but it seemed to manage. Little bit tender now, though. It'll be fine by lunchtime :)
