Still catching up: days 4-6 done.

Targets / reflections for day 6:

1. 1600 quality miles in 2021
2. Sub 1:44 half, stretch target: beat PB from 1995.
3. Keep the speed work going as it's made a huge difference and stop wishing that I'd started it sooner.
4. Catch up with everyone on this thread by the end of today or tomorrow.
5. Keep up the yoga and add more workouts like this.

I seem to be better at a sit up and reach so will do that. I’ve been baking all morning. I’m going to need this challenge to offset the calories.
