That's 4 sets of planks and 4 wall sits along with all the other bits today. It's yet another salient lesson in the perils of arriving late. If madness strikes then day 8 will also be done, with the relief that tomorrow will be just difficult rather than "intense". Other lessons from today: the burpee variation that I had thought was a basic burpee is known as a "bastardo". Strangely, I knew this - as if by some magical message from the ancients. For the children watching this at home: don't attempt this. This stunt was carried out by an irresponsible adult who should know better.
