2023 Targets:

1) Attain My Gold DofE and my King's Scout Award
2) Complete 2 National Series Triathlons to make it into the results table

3) Win our Rugby Final in the New Year
4) Finish Fundraising for World Scout Jamboree in South Korea
5) Do some hillwalking
6) Practice Trombone more often (Any would be better than what I do currently)

My only goal is to loose weight next year. Hope is that my MRI will.pinpoint the problem, so it can get fixed and I can run again. But if that doesn't happen, I need to lose it some other way.

Rest of Day 6 done too.
