Raptors Claws are coming to town
Day 5 done. Had to withdraw the extra mountain climbers and plank jacks I'd banked over the last two days because I have vicious lower abdominal DOMS and couldn't move my feet off the floor in plank position.

Nice one! The goals/targets I set last year on here formed the core of what I aimed to achieve this year, and I think I've achieved most of them. So I'm really pleased to see them here again in this year's work out.

I've already been thinking about goals for next year, so will post my first draft after I've done today's required exercises.
