Goals:

1) keep up with some core work following the end of the 12 days of Fetchmas

2) be more varied with the yoga sessions i do - have got into habit of just doing same ones, nit a problem in itself, but have noticed i’ve lost ability in some poses through lack of doing them! (Starting with Adrienne’s 30 day plan in January)

3) make a ‘proper’ running plan and follow it. All my runs have become the same (partly due to laziness, partly the ‘rest of life’, and partly from being drawn in games on Fetch!)

4) continue building (again sensibily!) climbing strength and technique.

5) keep up with bike maintenance

6) make time for doing some ‘other things’ eg craft/reading that have been neglected recently due to work/‘junk’ running mileage

Me too, except that I’m not ever going to build much in the way of muscles and I DO NOT need any new clothes

Raptors Claws are coming to town
1. Get off this damn website, it's just a time suck.
2. Apply to do a university degree in something really, really pointless.
3. One, just one, 80% WAVA and then I'll retire from running.
4. Take on a regular commitment to doing something for which there's neither pay or thanks, because I miss having teenagers at home.
5. Put on 10kg in weight and not lose it again. Old women need a bit of reserve and padding.
6. Get on Strictly or GBBO, maybe not in 2023 but lay the foundations for 2024.

[Some, all, or none of those may be true.]

I love the idea I might know someone on Strictly or GBBO. I might even watch them if you do! :)

You wouldn't have to watch for long, AC. My baking doesn't deviate far from what Scottish grannies make for church coffee mornings, and I have to take a few seconds to think which way is right and which way is left.

I felt that after a while in WSW and Fetchpoint. May I suggest a good xmas present could be a running watch that makes daily suggestions — they even allow for events coming up in your running calendar.
