I had to do my burpees in my mountain climber arena (i.e. using the back step as a cheaty bench for the press-ups) and I split them into 2 x 5 with a short, but noticeable, breather in between.

I think the best thing about this Fetchmas malarkey is how much it's made me think about all the things I'm not doing to keep ALL of my body fit.

57.5 Days of Xmas
I had to resort to a spreadsheet as like Merry Fizzmas :-) it was getting complicated. Had to ease up a bit with an old shoulder injury and a creaky knee that needs to hold out for only 8 days for a year long running streak. But did a lot of catch-up today without apparent ill effects, so feeling good for tomorrow.

Completed day 10 last night after my fitness class. Not sure what hindered me more, the frozen shoulders or the achy arm from my booster jab.
