I'm rubbish at selfies and selfies while doing something ... no way. I thought I would demonstrate my good form - thighs parallel to floor - but all I got was a big blur.  Might get my coach to film me on day five! That'll be a laff. |

Done. Took 55 seconds of the minute to work out how to hold my phone for a pic that actually showed the wall sit whilst still being able to press the button, and then I forgot the flash would come on before the photo took, by which time I'd moved the phone and just got a blurry pic of my cardi...
