That's a great mile time GG👏

I did struggle a bit during the last couple of miles of yesterday's 11.22 mile road run. My excuse is that the 2 runners that I was with are faster than me, and I had kept with them until that point.

Well done for your intervals Steve.

Good luck with tomorrow's 10 miler LL.

I've just spotted that I'm .4 of a mile short for 100 miles this month. Today is a running rest day, and I'm not going to run for 0.4 of a mile 😁

I'll donate the 0.18 miles I did over 12 miles this morning hillstrider. I would normally say I've done just over 12 miles so I don't upset the people who like round numbers (GG and Steve) 😂😂

A good session this morning with the Wednesday Group. It comprised 5 x 800 metres with 90 seconds recoveries, on the forest gravel and grass track.

Well done HS.
I managed a slow 10 and it felt ok. Went with a friend and it flew by.

Thanks for the well wishes.
