Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sorry to hear that RFJ and hopefully it's managed that you still get out as much as possible.

A young woman in my club was recently diagnosed and she's still out there battling on. When I last spoke to her she was still managing 10 miles but said that she would run 5 or so miles and then have a minute or two rest/stretch out before completing the rest of the run. I don't think she'll be racing that distance any more but she's continuing to pull in fast times over 5/10k

Good luck Lin, you'll complete the 1000 miles no bother with the events you have planned.

Sorry to hear that RFJ, hope it doesn't stop you getting out there and doing what you love.

I have updated the side bar which includes a link to the target list.

Sorry to hear that you have MS RFJ, but well done for not stopping your running.

Thanks for updating the sidebar Lesley. Seems that we have a runaway leader on the leader board!

A spin session for me this morning.

Thanks, too, Lesley.
I shall enjoy watching the leaderboard settle back down.
Slowly slowly catchee monkey, and all that!
