Sorry I haven't been on here lately, folks; however I have read your posts - usually a day or two late. Today was a non-running day for me, (as every Sunday is), but we went out for a walk between showers. The wind was very strong, so it blew us back up our road again; a pity we didn't have our sails with us! Tomorrow, weather permitting, I shall do some speed work. Well done all those reaching targets, and completing races. Scottdog, 188 miles in the month! Wow! It's a long time since I did that sort of mileage. Have a good week, everyone!

After yesterday's stormy weather a couple of trees blown over and plenty of debris flowing down river: plastic bottles, boxes, a couple of footballs, all sorts. Good thing that the water courses are so useful! Well, what's a river for?π Some humans are strange in their approach to littering an waste.π
5k was pretty much ok along the trails although I nearly cried off again when early heavy showers beat the windows!
That's some total SDogg! Glad that all looks good for you running wise Evangel.

Well done GG and SDogg!
Good to hear from you again Evangel. Glad that you are still running and walking. Good luck for today's speed work.
Well done Steve for your 5k trail run.
What a change in the weather, lovely and sunny π this morning, and only light wind.
Ran an easy pace 10k on roads with a running friend, chatting and putting the world π to rights.

Thanks hs. Yesterday's effort was so different to today's 10k slog. ( Grumbling again LL!) Goodness knows what's amiss. Still, got a green tick! Glad you helped put the world to rights during your 10k hs, I couldn't even think about the world on mineπ

Good that you have got a green tick Steve.
Today is a rest day, but not really a rest as catching up with chores, including defrosting the fridge.

HS, I think I know what you mean about a 'rest day' - I usually call it a non-running day! We don't usually have rest days, apart from Sundays which we regard as different to other days.
Yesterday afternoon I did some intervals - 4x300m.(+200m. slow jog RBI). I would have done more, but it was too soon after a heavy lunch! This morning I did a steady paced 5 miles, which went quite well.

Well done on your tick Steve sorry it felt bad.
I ran today an up and down hilly route. 4 miles in total ran negative splits and actually felt good for the first time in ages. Gives me hope. Well done Evangel. Living the dream HS ( fridge) ha ha.
