Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

This should be the link to sort your target. I think it should be accessible from your profile page, right hand side as well.

Good to "see some new faces!"

My first run of the year this morning in my new Asics 1000's. A steady 10 miles.

Welcome bish and jennywren to our 'family'. I hope you find lots of encouragement and help here.

I also made a start to the year this morning, by doing a very easy-paced 6 miles, the first half with my wife and the second half solo. I may possibly do our local parkrun this Saturday.

I've got two pairs of new shoes waiting in their boxes hillstrider! I'm seeing out 1,000 miles in each of two pairs I regularly run in, both Saucony--a brand I've favoured for donkeys years. Got one pair of new Saucony and one pair of Hokas to start, probably at the end of the month. A couple of other Sauconys which aren't my favourites come out every so often!
No wind here at all Peter which has made a pleasant change over the last week or so.
