Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What a difference each day can make! No fatigue today and enjoyed a 3.6 outing, all road with a testing hill. (Ok, I walked it to stay within planned HR!!). Pretty chilly out there at 7c but no wind so not as nasty as wintertime!

You're living a roller-coaster of ups and downs Steve but I'm pleased today's outing was good.

Well done Steve, great to hear that your 3.6 miles was without fatigue πŸ˜ƒ

Well done LL for this mornings easy pace 3 miles in accordance with your Garmin Coach plan.

This morning was 7.08 miles including 5 x 800 metres with 90 seconds recoveries on the forest gravel/grass track. Each rep quicker than the one before.

Nice three miler LL , that's the way to do it!
Arghh...7.08 miles hs!! Great session though, I wouldn't have rested with 0.2 dangling there!
It irked me yesterday when torey did 7.9...argggh!
Yeah, very much a roller coaster of efforts FF. This morning was great weather wise but a mere 3.3 run/ walk took it out of me; the short runs were dreadful!! It'll be ok tomorrow πŸ˜‚

Thanks Steve, I was pleased the way the session progressed.

Well done for persevering with this mornings 3.3 miles run/walk.

I ran a very easy pace 5k on roads this morning, feeling the after-effects of yesterday's interval session.

I have managed a 321 interval session, 7.8 miles done in total. Once I set out I really didn't want to do it but I persevered and got it done, I feel better for having done it but I didn't enjoy it which is unusual for me as I do like an interval session.
