Well done LL, so close to the 5 hours, but great increasing your WAVA. A great action photo.

This morning was a good pace 7.52 miles in the forest with the Monday Group. We had to drive to another part of the forest, so we could run on gravel trails which were virtually mud free.

Nice photo Looby Loo.
6 miles for me this morning, not what I had planned but I stopped to speak to someone as I was doing my warm up walk. His wife died last year and he doesn't see many people to talk to and feels a bit lonely.

Your mud and wet weeks don't seem to be fading hs, good to find a less soggy location then. 7.52 miles in what is off road is a great run .
Nice to spend a few moments with someone who was recently bereaved FF. More important than an extra mile. Hats off to you.
Super to see you finishing in the photo LL. Your good training produced a fine result.
A walk to the dentist was my training this morning! Only a check and usual clean but interupted my morning routine!!

Thanks AndyJ57 my running pics are usually awful.
Turns out I was 1st V60 and also last V60 🤣
As it was the last category I’m guessing I was the oldest female in the race 😱😉🤣

Trails were too wet really today and I've been fed up with having to stuff my shoes with newspaper so many times after a soggy run, so it was 4.4 miles on roads this morning. Quite Spring like despite it being damp and a bit drizzly, walk/run was satisfactory and something I've come to accept because there's still just nothing in the tank to allow me to run freely.
