Thanks Steve. Well done for todays mile, and good that you are still eager to get to the break even line.

This morning was 8k in the forest with the Wednesday Group, including 6 hill reps with 20 metre sprints on flat track at top.

Phew, that session is for young cubs hs! Great session.
Not a day for FF here! Out into the bloody rain again onto trails which are again, as you can imagine. 4.3 miles and it was surprisingly warm in a rain jacket. Still "treading water" but at least not drowning!

Thanks Steve, we do hill reps every other Wednesday.

Well done for this mornings 4.3 miles in the rain on wet trails.

I ran a hilly solo 10k on roads this morning. The longest hill was 1.76 miles from bottom to top. Needless to say, I don't run up it very often. Thankfully, there was no rain, but there was a cold wind.

Just a short 5.1 miles for me this morning, no rain here Steve but it was windy again. It did try to rain with just a few spots but nothing more.
Well done for your run Steve and hillstrider, I'm a bit envious of your hilly runs hillstrider but also quite pleased there aren't any hills here except when I run anywhere with undulations and then I do regret living in the fens.

5.1 FF Shame on you 🤣 well done Steve.
3 easy miles for me today felt ok.
Was Garmin happy with your effort HS?

Well done FF for your "short run"😁

Well done LL for your easy pace 3 miles.

Yes, Garmin was "spot on" for once. It classified my run as Recovery, which it was, in spite of the ridiculously long, steep hill. The road at the bottom is often flooded at high tide, and when there is heavy rain fall.

Looby Loo 😂 I always start and stop at the same places, either side of the end of the road after my warm up and stop ready for my cool down. I occasionally run past the road end and turn back to round up but not too often. My runs are what they are and I occasionally post here to wind you and GG up because I know you love round numbers 😉🤣🤣
