15.1 done this morning, that's just my 3rd run of March so far. I hope to get back into a bit of a routine but we'll see what the weather and life continues to bring.

Raining pouring when I did 3.6 road miles this morning. Eased off shortly after leaving the house but the weather forecast was right! Almost, almost back to the break even mileage but won't be sitting comfortably until the end of the week. Excellent to do a 15 miler off the back of so few runs FF. Unfortunately it looks like you'll have to tolerate more wet weather. Had my second physio session, extra exercises in place for the sore hip. Will see how it progresses over a month.

What a great pic hs, hope you had a lovely lunch after your proper session.
Great long run FF and well done for your rainy run this morning Steve, hope the physio and exercises help your hip.
I had an interval session on the plan today, 10 - 2 x 1 intervals. Karen is definitely upping my training, trying to kill me or make me stronger. I normally do jog out the recoveries but a couple of times today I had to walk them. One I had to stop to take my jacket off as it stopped raining within a couple of minutes and it was actually quite warm.

Well done Steve for your 3.6 miles on roads in the heavy rain.
I hope that your second physio session with extra exercises for your sore hip produces positive results.
Thanks GG, we all enjoyed our pub lunch, and a "good natter' putting the world to rights.
That was a very impressive interval session, which I've sure will prove to be productive. Regarding recoveries, depending on the session, we either jog, walk or stand on the spot. We will be doing hill reps tomorrow, and always jog back down.
Very heavy rain here, but this didn't put me off the Farmers Walk.

Well done Steve and good to read you’re having physio hope it helps. 3 for me today supposed to be 11mm but I got a bit carried away in the filthy rain.

Forgot to say what a nice photo that was hs in that setting . Good Farmer's Walk too of course, despite the (usual!!) rain . Heavy duty session gg. Are you seeing any benefits from the interval sessions? All the information indicates that they are beneficial and hs certainly benefits. Personally I think it's essential to scrutinise one's personal "data" over time to see what works. I'm sure it does for many or most and certainly gives someone a psychological edge. I used to do them in my racing days but not sure whether they made any difference!! So you ran as you felt LL , that can't be bad. Only a single mile done today, it's my non run/walk on Wednesday but I'm eager to get to that break even line still!
