I've missed 4 runs over the last 2 weeks (relating to 26 miles) and never saw Mmm pass me as he was so quick......... watches him disappear into the sunset sneaking up on Peter.
A new parkrun pb tomorrow (I hope) then Saturday week the Heckington show 10m road race, consequently another lean week ahead in preparation for that.
I hope all these injury niggles disappear soon folks.

I do a lot of sneaking. I'm sure you'll get me back in the fulness of time! Good luck with the pb FF.

Thanks all. Injuries feel much better (possibly still a little sore in places) but I've been able to do some easy paced miles over the past 3 days so I'm now past halfway and am on 509 YTD.

Hope that niggle clears up Peter and then I can relax a bit when I know you've finally passed me on the board! Waiting til Monday to try the knee.

Just a little gap of 14 miles to cover whilst Peter waits for his niggle to go away.
Hope both those things happen soon!

Swim race then 10k done (52m27).
Don't think the former was detrimental to the latter. Niggle behaved. Straining tomorrow (kayaking) but wedding ceilidh first.

I ran (climbed) my first Munro yesterday. Missed a turn and got a bit lost in low cloud, heather bashed and climbed our way to the top. Aiming to hit 1000 miles during the Speyside way race
