Thanks Lesley. I'm refraining from doing what I often do--"testing it"---two days off before I do anything on the knee at all. Would have been nice to run in what is such fresh weather now too.

Fresh weather, Steve?
Still a bit muggy here (all the thunderstorms passed us by), although this morning's downpour as I was running may have changed that when I stick my head back out of the office at lunchtime.
One of those runs when you can't get any more wet, and i'm not optimistic that my kit won't still be cold, damp and clammy as I try to pull it back on to go home later!
Look after those knees, people.

Quite chilly here this morning! And rain too (ugh..just in time for the Cotswold 24 hour event this weekend which my wife will do!)..knee pain when I try to run still so did a fast three mile walk..which I'm not putting onto my running total..as I slip down the leaderboard! Arghh!

Yep, Peter! (slightly smug :-)).
However, I've just picked up my new bike (only a commuting bike, nothing fancy) and so next week I can have an easy week and still get to work (!). Only need to do 20-ish to hit my own target for the month.
Maybe time to consider a SIM transplant into a new body for the phone?
