ob .... sheringham park what a great place to complete your 1000m.....well done everyone. Ran a 10k race this morning at campbell park Milton Keynes....reasonably satisfied with my performance given my injuries this year and its only my second race this year!!!!!!

Nice going Footpad and all the other Hall of Fame members. Is there champagne left? Felt sure we'd polished it all off
A hard-paced 12 miles this morning but I'm going to miss my (revised and stupidly ambitious) 1200 target. Oh well. I've still managed more than in any other year. Maybe next year...

still bang on track, but not going to manage it on the finish line at Portsmouth next week. Felt a bit of a cold coming on today so missed a scheduled 8 miles :-(, would have been nice.
Well done to all of those making the 1k this weekend, good effort

Missed a couple of scheduled runs over the weekend due to nights out and xmas stuff, I really need to crack on this week as I'm away at the in-laws in Yorkshire at the weekend.
81 still to go, I can see mysef running right up to New Years Eve (weather allowing), although I have a couple of holidays still to take which will help.

Polished off all the champers, Rigel? - You better not have; - there are a lot of us going to be crashing in through the doors in the last few days of the year, demanding recognition and a glass of bubbly.
Or maybe two glasses.
Just added 7 and a bit miles. Did it this morning in sunlight, well timed as it has now started to rain.
34 and a bit to go!
