Good running folks.
I ended up doing 13.15 as it would have been rude and silly to stop at 12.1!
Anyway every mile today is one less on Saturday after my works do on Friday night!
Just 3 tiny miles between me and a funky dance, probably somewhere along the A15 or Broadway:-)

TD. Got a major amount on this weekend, mrs Hickerton and I are doing the church music on Sunday and potentially working tomorrow. Will have to see how I get on!!
