I'm in managed a 5.5 this morning my first run of 2011 managed almost 900 for the last 2 years but in the VLM in April so should get a few early miles in this year so looking forward to hitting the 1K for the first time :-)

I hope by score to settle you mean with 20miles of hilly mid Wales tarmac and not with me!!! :-O

Well I opened up my 2011 account this morning with a nice slow 4 miles on the road with the nice cold air keeping me cool; a welcome change from using wifey's dready tready during the snowy weather. Then this afternoon we had some more snow - yes in sunny Somerset too!

As for me since doing parkrun and resolution run on saturday (13.5km in total), ive had sore knees which are getting better, so might go on an easy run tomorrow.

Morning all. Just done a nice gentle 4 miles to start the year, after a few days break.

Felt good :) and made me look forward to the start of marathon training in a few weeks.
