Stop faffing about, Sioux, and dive on in. You know you want to. If you don't start on a target like this early you'll never get it. If you are injured or life takes over you can always drop out later and reset it to a lower one.

Right. Will try again this year. Was all going tickety boo until I went and left my mojo in Minorca in the summer. Fortunately got some more for Christmas.

Christy m=miles for all targets.
It's an additional 200miles running and 300miles less biking than 2010 Swim wise I got to 92+miles last yr before snow and holidays stopped me splashing.
