Little Nemo - slow-but-steady
Just joined the group as some extra motivation for this year.
It's only 20 miles a week - it must be easy right?

Just did a sneaky 3 miles to add to the 4 of yesterday to keep me ahead of target - Didn't think I'd get a chance to run today as I'm on kiddie duty all day but TripletMum had a couple of friends around who were keeping the offspring occupied so i saw the opportunity and got a quick 3 miles in. I like the idea of having my own personal Januarython and trying to keep a consecutive running days streak going - wonder how far into January I can get ?

First run of the year completed! One day later than planned, due to NYE over-indulgence. 5.5 miles down, 994.5 to go

Count me in!
After only 67 injury plagued miles in'08, I'm hoping to break the 1000 mile barrier for the first time ever in '09.
3 down and only 997 to go
