Not the best start for me either, had the last 2 days off and will rest today too as my back is very sore. Hope to be able to run tomorrow.

Laura, have a great time! Hope back is soon better Sam, and Chrisity, hope your hamstring is ok.
Have just done 4 miles, WELL enjoyed it, it was very cold, but beautiful! Found it hard work, but still trying to get back into running really, and was a hilly route
